Andrew Biggs
Principal
Andrew (also known as many variations upon his surname, and no known relation to the Great Train Robber) tried furiously to avoid working in insurance, with stints in both the pub and motor trades, before giving in and joining Aviva Health in 2009. Hardly surprising when you consider that his grandfather, father, mother and wife have all worked in the industry. Starting on the bottom rung, he progressed through the ranks before becoming a broker in 2014. After working for three national healthcare brokers, he joined a Sheffield firm to focus on protection advice when he and Allison were expecting their first child. This broad spread of clients has seen him advise clients at all levels, from FTSE 250 companies and national law firms, to individual local business owners and families.

Company Secretary
Returning from a three year break to start a family, Allison is back in the insurance industry she joined more than two decades ago. With vast experience as a Corporate Broker, Allison is methodical and precise, with extensive knowledge to draw upon.
Having decided that raising two boys while keeping an eye on Andrew was enough “face to face” responsibility for anyone, she handles the ‘back office’ role as Company Secretary. Leaving the advising to Andrew, Allison is very much the firm hand on the tiller, and keeps the business running smoothly.
